Regional Sales Manager – Financial Services
Location: Toronto ON (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually + 25% performance bonus + RRSP contributions ( non-commissioned role)
Role Summary
Our client is a leading financial services firm dedicated to helping Canadians build better financial futures. Their culture values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.
They are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their Toronto-based sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. You are joining a management team where the last person was promoted within the firm.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP of Regional Sales to manage Business Development Associates and Managers.

Drive consistent sales processes and optimize territory performance using data and tools.

Foster team cohesion and implement effective territory models.

Build cross-functional partnerships to support advisor and firm-wide priorities.

Represent the company at client-facing events and industry conferences.
-
Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management efforts in collaboration with HR.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage regional expenses.
What Makes You A Fit

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry.

Proven track record in people management, coaching, and team development.

University degree is required.

Progress toward or completion of a recognized industry designation (e.g., CFP, CFA, CIM).
