Description

CTC Logistics (Canada) Inc. is a freight forwarding and logistics company with offices in Canada, the United States, and China. Our corporate headquarters is in Richmond, British Columbia. We offer services in logistics, as well as customs clearances and related services.

We are seeking to fill the position of Account and Administration Director at our Richmond office.

The position is full-time and permanent. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week in Richmond, British Columbia. The pay is $82,000 per annum.

The job duties of the position include:

  • Plan, organize, and manage CTC Logistics (Canada) Inc.’s accounting department;
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for our offices in North America and China;
  • Prepare financial statements, summaries, and financial management reports;
  • Act as a liaison between the accounting and financial departments of our offices in North America and China;
  • Evaluate accounting procedures and financial reporting systems; and
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in records management.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • 10+ years in a managerial role, including 5+ years in managing accounting a finance or accounting department;
  • Degree in business, economics, computer sciences, or a related discipline; and
  • Completion of post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting.
