Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial operations and drive the fiscal health of our organization. Responsibilities

- Oversee accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and provide insightful analysis to inform decision-making.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and optimize investment opportunities.
- Supervise financial services operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and cost control.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering leadership skills and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial services with a strong background in bookkeeping, budgeting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and guiding strategic initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of risk analysis, risk management practices, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and financial software tools.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes within a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- A relevant degree in finance, accounting or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
