Full job description

A new car dealership is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for managing the financing and insurance process, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for customers, and maximizing dealership profitability through effective financial product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Consultation – Assist customers in securing the best financing and leasing options tailored to their needs.
  • F&I Product Sales – Promote and sell extended warranties, protection plans, and other financial products to enhance customer experience.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all transactions comply with industry regulations and dealership policies, processing all necessary contracts and paperwork accurately.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build trust with clients through transparency and professionalism, delivering exceptional service at every step.
  • Lender & Vendor Relations – Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions.
  • Sales & Performance Metrics – Achieve and exceed dealership financial service sales targets while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and aftermarket product sales.
  • Experience with First Canadian products, extended warranties, and protection plans is an asset.
  • Valid OMVIC license and Ontario G driver’s license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals while ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar software).
