Full job description

We're hiring someone to film EVERYTHING we do

Content Creator — Social Media (paid, in-person)
Where: Downtown Toronto( Adelaide & John / New office )
Pay: $18–22/hour
Hours: 20–30 hrs/week (works around class)
Start: September/October 2026

Who we are, actually

We're a ~35 person marketing agency in Toronto. We run email/SMS/Klaviyo marketing for online brands you've probably bought from — companies doing $1M to $200M a year. We're at a 4 Million dollar run rate, we're 3 years old as a company and the founder is 21.

Here's the honest situation: inside our industry, we're kind of a big deal. Shopify sends us more clients than any other agency for what we do. And if you searched us on TikTok or Instagram right now, you'd find nothing.

The pain (why this job exists)

Cool stuff happens here every single day and none of it gets captured. We close a huge deal — no footage. The team moves into a new office — no footage. People from Shopify come hang out at our space — no footage. It all just... evaporates.

We don't need a marketing genius to fix this. We need someone with a camera, taste, and speed, who's actually here — in the office, at the events, in the room — catching it and shipping it.

We think this is SUPER important in the world of AI. We're first to a lot of AI deployment, but at the end of the day, as a service, we want people to watch and feel like they already know us, before working with us.

The job

You are the camera. Every day:

  • Film everything. The office move, the wins, the arguments about ad creative, the founder working at 9pm, the guests who come through. If it happened and you didn't film it, it didn't happen.
  • Make series. You'll pitch recurring formats — "inside the new office," "Asking all the team members x" whatever you think actually hits, we pick together, you run them.
  • Edit same-day. Phone footage → posted reel in 24 hours. CapCut, Premiere, whatever you're fastest in. Speed beats cinematic here.
  • Post and learn. 3–5 pieces a week on our IG, TikTok, LinkedIn. You watch what works, you make more of it.
  • Save everything. Raw footage gets organized into a library — it feeds everything we build later.

You'll work with our marketing lead and our designer day-to-day. The founder is your main character, not your boss.

Who this is for

  • You already post. An IG, TikTok, or YouTube that's actually alive. Small is fine. Dead isn't. Your account is your resume.
  • You ship fast. Good today beats perfect Friday.
  • You're not shy. You'll point a camera at people all day, including guests and executives.
  • You're in Toronto and can be downtown most days.
  • Student, recent grad, dropout — we genuinely don't care. We care what you've made.

Where this goes

You're not filling a content quota. You're building a channel from little with full creative fingerprints on everything — and the company behind it is growing fast enough that "the person who built our socials" becomes a real seat with a real title as it scales.

You'll also sit inside a top marketing agency all day; you will accidentally learn paid ads, marketing, and AI workflows just by being here.
