Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, helping them locate items in the appropriate aisles or shelves.
  • Carry products for customers as needed
  • Stock products on shelves, build, and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are consistently replenished.
  • Prepare store displays and ensure products are accurately labeled and placed in the correct areas.
  • Notify the manager and place orders for out-of-stock products as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in retail areas and workspaces.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Filipino, Chinese) is a plus, given our diverse customer base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
