Full job description

Makers of Filipino style meaty and juicy hotdogs, FTG Foods Canada Ltd., currently have an opening for a Meat Process Worker at our 10 Bayside Place, Strathmore AB facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • operate and maintain food processing equipment such as industrial cooker, bowl cutter, sausage stuffer/linker, vacuum sealer.
  • inspect for product quality and package products
  • help store and organize products in Freezer
  • Clean work area

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Repetitive task
  • Need to carry boxes of packaged products
  • Able to work in cold environment (storage freezer)
  • Works fast but accurate
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Flexible family-friendly working environment.
