HALINÁ brings the heart and soul of Filipino cuisine to Vancouver, and we're looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to support our culinary team by preparing ingredients and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients to keep service running smoothly.
  • Assist with marinating and pre-cooking traditional Filipino ingredients.
  • Maintain clean and organized food prep station.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks when needed.


Requirements

  • Food Safe Level 1 certification (required)
  • Previous kitchen experience (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
