Endura Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is a manufacturer of high-performance polyurethanes, epoxies, and industrial specialty coatings. Founded in 1966 we continue to produce industry leading coatings in Edmonton, Alberta.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Autobody Refinisher to join our team in Edmonton. Based in our facility, you will prep and paint various parts from vehicles to samples. Experience with different substrates is an asset (plastic, fiberglass, aluminum, steel).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing by cleaning and sanding.
  • Read and understand the technical data sheets for the products being applied.
  • Apply primers, paints, and clear coats using spray guns and other tools.
  • Repair dents, scratches, and other surface imperfections.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow environmental regulations and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inspect finished work for quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an autobody refinishing technician or similar role.
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with automotive refinishing processes.
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of environmental safety standards related to automotive refinishing.

This position begins as a full-time temporary role, but will transition into a long-term, permanent career for the right candidate.
