Precaster / Labourer – Build a Career in Concrete Manufacturing

Location: Kingston, ON
Pay: $22.50 – $24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

You’ll be part of a team that manufactures high-quality precast concrete products from start to finish.

  • Prepare moulds and forms for concrete pours
  • Place rebar, inserts, and components based on drawings
  • Pour, strip, patch, and finish concrete products
  • Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Work safely with tools, cranes, and forklifts
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction or manufacturing
  • Experience with concrete or rebar is a strong asset
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to read basic drawings
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attendance and team mindset
  • Forklift and crane certification considered an asset

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced plant environment. You’ll be on your feet, working with your team, and contributing to daily production goals.
