Summary

'Bakery counter Attendant' is a vital role at Nova Era Bakery IX, where you will help deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our bakery counter. Based in, this position offers an opportunity to be part of a beloved local establishment dedicated to quality and tradition.
Responsibilities

' Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

  • Prepare and serve bakery products efficiently.
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Handle cash and perform cashier duties responsibly.
  • Manage food safety protocols diligently.
  • Support inventory management and restocking.
  • Uphold the bakery’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.'
  • Qualifications

' Proven experience in food service or retail environment.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Basic math skills for transactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience with POS systems is a plus.'
