We are currently hiring for our Tim Horton's locations in Bowmanville.

Our Team Members are the smiling faces serving our guests at our drive thrus, front counters, and sandwich stations.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable people to join our Bowmanville team.

As a member of our team, your top priority will be delivering guest satisfaction through product quality and speed of service. You will have the opportunity to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences, whether you are the very first person our guests encounter, or you are producing quality finished bakery items our guests have come to enjoy and savour. Your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment, while your ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with your fellow team members, will contribute to your success.

You will be deeply immersed in training to learn about our operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service. Part of this position will include maintaining our restaurant's cleanliness and operations readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve bakery items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
