Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Food Handler to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of food preparation and service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist in cooking and meal preparation to ensure timely service
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or dining area
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in compliance with safety regulations
  • Support team members during busy periods to uphold quality service standards
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures
