Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
  • Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is REQUIRED.
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant. We value team players who are dedicated to providing outstanding service in a dynamic food industry setting.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
