Overview
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager with previous McDonald’s management experience to support daily operations, lead shifts, and help drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and manage floor operations to McDonald’s standards
  • Coach, develop, and support crew and shift managers
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain food safety, health & safety, and QSC standards
  • Support scheduling, labour control, inventory, and waste management
  • Assist with cash handling, deposits, and administrative duties
  • Support opening/closing procedures and restaurant targets

Required Qualifications

  • Previous McDonald’s management experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of McDonald’s systems, procedures, and standards
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
