We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

```Duties```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the cooking and plating of dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of all ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
