Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and hold employees accountable.
• Demonstrated success in sales, customer service and achieving performance targets.
• Experience with staff scheduling, labour management and daily store operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory counts.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve results.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Experience in supplements, sports nutrition, fitness or health and wellness retail is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
