What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness and analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per purchase (CPP), and Average Order Value (AOV), using insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and conversion funnels using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Create and execute high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns that generate revenue, increase customer retention, and improve customer lifetime value.
• Track and report on weekly and monthly marketing performance across all channels.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars. Stay up to date with trends and develop creative content ideas that align with the brand

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
• Strong experience with Shopify, including merchandising, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience preparing weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
• Ability to develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and trending content.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
