Summary

Join our team as a Part-Time Fashion Associate at Modella in Port Perry. In this role, you will contribute to delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our exclusive fashion collections. This position is perfect for fashion enthusiasts who thrive in a dynamic retail environment and enjoy engaging with customers to create memorable shopping experiences.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our latest collections.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
  • Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
  • Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an asset.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for fashion.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
