Job Description: Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking an innovative marketing ops manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be executing and optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing departments team, coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, reporting into the CMO.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting CCO and Creative Director in overseeing the marketing department.
  • Executing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Researching demand for our products and services.
  • Planning, coordinating and delegation of Social Media plan Competitor research.
  • Developing promotions and strategies to increase sales and profitability of our online store.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating Photoshoots Compiling lists describing our offerings.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns including print and digital.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Overseeing social media digital and traditional marketing and content marketing alongside CCO.
  • Internal and external communications Asana Management (organizational management tool)
  • General pitching and communications on product launches, sales, partnerships etc.
  • Communication directly with retail stores teams. I.e updates, changes, and requests
  • Data research and analysis - Marketing and sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.
  • Proficient in using digital platforms and applications
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
