About Van Gogh Designs

At Van Gogh Designs, we manufacture high-quality, trend-forward furniture that merges aesthetic excellence with functional craftsmanship. We are looking for a visionary Creative Coordinator to shape our brand’s visual identity and drive innovation across our entire product lifecycle.

Position Overview

As the Creative Coordinator, you will oversee our end-to-end creative process, from concept development and prototyping to product launches, showroom experiences, strategic marketing campaigns, and digital brand presence. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work cross-functionally with our sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring the Van Gogh Designs vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Material Sourcing

  • Design & Prototyping: Conceptualize and design original furniture pieces, taking ideas from initial sketches to physical prototypes in collaboration with engineering and craftsmen.
  • Trend Integration: Analyze North American design, fashion, and consumer trends to actively shape new product lines and marketing campaigns.
  • Fabric Selection: Source, evaluate, and select textiles and materials, making final decisions based on aesthetic fit, durability, cost, and supplier reliability.

Brand Execution & Content Creation

  • Creative Direction: Drive the brand’s visual identity and ensure strict consistency across all advertising, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Asset Generation: Utilize advanced AI technology to generate, edit, and refine innovative lifestyle and product imagery. Direct and support photoshoots and videography.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Showroom & Partnerships

  • Merchandising: Assist the showroom manager with designing the layout of showroom displays to highlight new collections and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborations: Identify, initiate, and execute cross-promotional partnerships with external brands and influencers to maximize reach and brand exposure.

Job Assets

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a closely related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, furniture design, interior design, or a closely related industrial design/marketing role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software, sketching, and experience utilizing AI-generation tools for lifestyle imagery.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of textiles, fabric durability, and furniture manufacturing processes.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating product design, branding, or creative direction is highly preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
