Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative interior design solutions that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of various spaces. This role requires a strong eye for detail, proficiency in digital design tools, and the ability to translate client needs into compelling visual concepts. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring visions to life while adhering to project budgets and timelines.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using digital design software such as SketchUp, Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create detailed visual presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Utilize graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Incorporate typography, visual arts painting, and sketching techniques to enhance presentation materials.
  • Prepare construction drawings and CAD plans for implementation phases, including construction painting specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, translating these into functional and aesthetic designs.
  • Stay updated with current trends in fashion design, visual arts, and construction painting to incorporate innovative elements into projects.
  • Assist in project management tasks such as timeline coordination, material selection, and vendor communication.
  • Develop motion graphics or 2D/3D animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools for presentation purposes when needed.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and building codes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital design tools including SketchUp, Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of typography and visual arts painting techniques.
  • Experience with CAD software for technical drawings and construction planning.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus for integrating digital content into presentations or websites.
  • Ability to create compelling 2D animations or 3D animations for visual storytelling or client presentations.
  • Excellent eye for detail with a keen sense of aesthetics in interior spaces.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Background in fashion design or visual arts is advantageous but not required. Join our team as an Interior Designer to bring innovative ideas to life through cutting-edge digital art and design techniques while creating inspiring spaces that meet client expectations.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
