Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Line Chef to lead our kitchen team at Ricky's Breakfast Café & Famoso Pizzeria in <LOCATION>. This pivotal role involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations to delight our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our brand identity.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor food costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a lead Chef or Executive Chef in a busy restaurant environment.
