Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Ricky's Breakfast Café & Famoso Pizzeria in <LOCATION>. This pivotal role involves overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations to delight our guests.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our brand identity.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
