This is an exceptional opportunity for retirees, Veterans, or community-minded individuals seeking meaningful, flexible, and calm part-time work. • Vehicle Ownership: Possess a clean, reliable, and well-maintained personal vehicle suitable for client transport.
  • Driving Experience: 10+ years of confident Canadian winter driving experience.
  • Income Alignment: Comfortable with a casual, fluctuating schedule with no guaranteed hours (not suitable for those needing a set income to make ends meet).
  • Background Checks: A clean driver’s abstract and subject to a Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Physical & Communication Capability: Fluent in English, with the physical ability to safely support a client's balance or weight if needed.
  • Tech-Comfort: Own a smartphone and feel comfortable navigating applications and expense software.
  • Core Traits: Exceptional reliability, attention to detail for logs/expenses, and an empathetic, patient personality.

Preferred:

  • Background as a CAF Member, Veteran, retired RCMP/Police officer, Firefighter, or Healthcare Worker.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals managing anxiety or PTSD.
  • Located in or near Bridgewater, NS.

Why Join Us:

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Directly support Canadian Veterans and vulnerable community members.
  • Service Beyond Service: Continue your legacy of community support alongside a team of fellow Veterans, retired RCMP, and first responders.
  • Specialized Training: Build complete confidence with our fully provided trauma-informed training modules.
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a competitive hourly wage along with mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Enjoy a casual, part-time schedule that easily fits around your retirement, family, or personal life.
