We are a fast paced restaurant right in the heart of Downtown Calgary and are looking for a couple of FOH leaders to join our team.

A few things about us:

We have been in business for over 14 years and are always looking to get better

We try to promote from within but sometimes it is a good idea to get a fresh perspective from someone outside our family.

We believe in taking ownership in everything that we do

We know that we need a positive team culture to grow

We need people who believe that Hospitality is more than just a paycheque or a debate about who deserves the best tips

We understand that that the customer is the most important person in the building, not the Chef, not the Owner, not the Managers, Cooks, Servers or Bartenders...... the Customer.

We want people who think like us, can play as part of team, and leave the drama and ego at the door

A few things we need to see in successful candidates:

Your experience as a floor manager is not as important to us as is your ability to work within the personality of a team.

You can offer articulate opinions in a constructive manner while accepting constructive criticism.

You can recognize that no one is perfect. We know that we aren't which is why we are committed to continual professional team building. We will acknowledge our imperfections as long as you can acknowledge yours and be willing to grow with us.

Hopefully, you can understand that this is not a get rich quick scheme. We need people for the long game, people that want to be part of something that they can genuinely feel like they are a part of starting something amazing.

For this role, we hope you understand, that you will be evaluated on how you perform "on the floor" and definitely not in a back office somewhere that has little impact on our business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
