Job Summary

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Family Physician, where your expertise will directly impact patient well-being and community health. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring they receive timely, effective, and compassionate medical attention. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions, coordinating care with specialists, and promoting preventive health strategies. Duties

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for diverse health issues across all age groups.
  • Conduct acute care visits, managing urgent health concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Administer medications and oversee medication management to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Perform procedures such as injections, wound care, and basic diagnostic tests using medical terminology accurately.
  • Coordinate patient care by collaborating with specialists, home care providers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize health outcomes.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems like Epic and Cerner for accurate documentation, data collection, and medical record management.
  • Engage in patient education on health maintenance, chronic disease management, and preventive practices to empower individuals in their wellness journeys.

Experience

  • Proven hospital experience providing acute care in fast-paced medical environments.
  • Demonstrated research involvement or participation in clinical studies related to family medicine or primary care.
  • Experience in pain management techniques and protocols for diverse patient populations.
  • Background working with pediatric patients, including routine check-ups and managing childhood illnesses.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and medical office workflows.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in home care settings or community-based healthcare programs is a plus.
