Full job description

Greet and register patients;
Handle incoming physicians' referrals and medical records;
Facilitate Cpap Therapy and Provide Education to Patients (On-job Training will be provided);
Record all clinical notes and familiar with the EMR System;
Make follow-up calls, monitor and corresponding charting;
Monitor established CPAP therapy and report to referring physician as per protocol;
Monitor clients progress, evaluate effectiveness of therapy and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team;
Compile Inventory and sales report reports.

* Previous clerical experience in a clinic setting is an asset;
* Proficient with patient registration systems and Microsoft Office Programs;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills (Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset);
* Demonstrates customer service record with proven success working as part of a team;
