Full job description

Position: Travel Agent - Independent Contractor - Weddings

Company Description

Destination Weddings Travel Inc. (DWT) is North America's leading destination wedding travel company — we've helped over 30,000 couples plan their dream weddings and sent 500,000+ guests off on unforgettable trips. In 2019 we launched our sister brand, Celebration Travel (CT), to extend that expertise to milestone birthdays, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group getaways.

We're looking for experienced, results-driven travel professionals who combine strong sales instincts with genuine care for their clients — and who want flexibility without the pressure of sourcing new clients.

By combining personalized service with extensive resort partnerships in over 42 countries, DWT provides a seamless, one-stop planning experience. Team members benefit from a collaborative environment focused on expertise, customer satisfaction, and strong relationships with international resort partners.

Why choose this role:

Qualified leads. You'll be working with clients who have already expressed interest through the DWT and CT websites, no cold outreach or building your own client base.

Uncapped earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission-based with no ceiling. Self-generated leads earn up to 90% commission.

A supportive agent community. You'll be part of a network of experienced agents who share knowledge, best practices, and support one another.

Ongoing professional development. Access to training, webinars, and established relationships with top resorts and wholesalers to support your success.

Hands-on experience with our resort partners. FAM (familiarization) trips give you firsthand knowledge of the destinations you sell, so you can speak to clients with real authority.

Full flexibility. This is a remote, independent contractor position — you set your own hours and work from wherever suits you best.
