Job Overview
We are a growing company and thus we seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by fabricating and assembling components to create our high-quality product. This position requires a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Adhere to MK Martin's Health and Safety Rules and Guidelines
  • Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Participate and use 5S in their designated work stations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in assembly line
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Able to be a team-player and listen to Supervisor or Lead hand instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
