Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty team. This role involves providing expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a flair for retail sales and upselling. As a Lash Technician, you will help clients enhance their natural beauty in a welcoming environment, ensuring they leave satisfied and confident.

Duties

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring safety and client comfort
  • Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles or enhancements
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and work area in accordance with health standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and payment processing
  • Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
  • Upsell additional services or products to clients during their visit to maximize their experience
  • Educate clients on proper eyelash maintenance and aftercare instructions

Qualifications

  • Experience with eyelash extensions is required; certification or training is preferred but not mandatory if willing to learn on the job
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Retail sales experience or aptitude for upselling is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, steady hand, and artistic eye for symmetry and aesthetics
  • Prior experience at the front desk or in administrative roles is advantageous but not essential
