Location: Guelph, ON (Supporting Guelph, Kitchener & Cambridge)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Express Employment Professionals Guelph is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected garage door company seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support the Guelph, Kitchener, and Cambridge markets.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, building lasting relationships, and delivering customized residential garage door solutions. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend residential garage door and related product solutions.
• Conduct on-site consultations, perform site measurements, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from initial inquiry through project completion.
• Develop long-term customer relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Present product options, pricing, and project timelines with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Previous garage door industry experience is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales or field sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing accurate quotations and managing multiple opportunities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Technical knowledge of garage doors, construction, or building products is considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to obtain a Police Reference Check.
