Ce que vous ferez / What you'll do

  • Gérer les expéditions de fret aérien de A à Z — réservations, LTA, factures, documents douaniers
  • Traiter le dédouanement import/export ; assurer la liaison avec les courtiers et les autorités
  • Tenir les clients informés et régler les problèmes avant qu'ils n'escaladent
  • Négocier les tarifs avec les compagnies aériennes et les transporteurs ; les tenir à leurs engagements
  • Rester à jour sur les réglementations commerciales et maintenir des dossiers impeccables

Manage air freight shipments end-to-end, bookings, AWBs, invoices, customs docs / Handle import/export customs clearance; liaise with brokers and authorities / Keep clients informed and issues resolved before they escalate / Negotiate rates with airlines and carriers; hold them to their commitments / Stay current on trade regulations and keep records spotless

  • 3+ ans d'expérience en opérations import/export de fret aérien / 3+ years of experience in air freight import/export operations
  • Solide connaissance des réglementations internationales et des procédures douanières / Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Bilingue : français et anglais / Bilingual: French & English
  • Organisé(e), minutieux(se), calme sous pression / Organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de logistique et de la suite Microsoft Office / Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
