This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys working across every aspect of a business; from production and inventory to financial strategy, international trade, and business growth. If you're a proactive finance professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building systems that make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

· Monitor production costs, product costing, gross margins, and operational efficiencies across manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and e-commerce operations.

· Work closely with production, sales, hospitality, and leadership teams to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting.

· Support purchasing, procurement, and vendor management with both domestic and international suppliers.

· Assist with production planning by providing financial insight into inventory levels, costing, and operational performance.

· Develop and improve systems that strengthen inventory accuracy, production reporting, and operational visibility as the business continues to grow.

Strategic Projects & Business Growth

· Research, prepare, and coordinate grant applications and funding opportunities that support innovation, capital investment, export development, and business growth.

· Identify and pursue government funding programs and industry initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

· Provide general office administration, scheduling, and business support.

· Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and operational logistics as required.

· Act as a key resource for internal and external communications while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

What You'll Bring

· CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting experience.

· Five or more years of progressive accounting, finance, or controller experience.
