What we're offering:
Hours: Vary from day to day - but on average about 30 to 36 hours a week. More time for yourself!
Compensation: Starting salary from $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Transportation: The right candidate can choose between:
1. A mileage allowance and can earn up to an additional 10 - 15% of your salary tax-free
2. A company vehicle.

What we're looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to service multi-family residential routes. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions while ensuring quality of service and detailed reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Who you are:
- Ability to work independently on multi-family routes with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with bed bugs, cockroaches, mice and other pests in poor residential conditions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Strong time management skills and balancing quality of service with efficient treatment completion
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Physical ability to handle equipment and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
What we ask of you:
- Strong desire to maintain high quality work
- Conduct pest inspections and identify infestation sources across multiple residential properties
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using sprayers, dusters and various applicators
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans and answer questions
- Maintain accurate service records and report on treatment outcomes
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all pest control activities
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring all chemicals are stored safely and equipment is maintained in good working condition
What is required of you:
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Reliable vehicle
- Structural Pesticide Applicator Certificate
- Criminal record check (VSC)
