Twin Valley Co-op is hiring a Grocery Manager in Russell, Manitoba.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of grocery team operations including recruitment, training and development and performance management.
- Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery team members.
- Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.
- Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the grocery store team
- To achieve budgeted goals.
- Maintain consistent buying and selling policies.
- Ensuring merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standards.
- Responsible for accounting and reporting procedures as required.
- To assume responsibility for maintenance of competitive prices and initiating price checks.
- Assist Food Manager to prepare and implement annual budget.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Grocery food store management and possess:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience; Strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience.
- At least 3 years of previous food retail experience.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
