Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Estimator:

GRRC Roofing is looking to add an Estimator to our growing team.

Job Details:

The Estimator will report directly to the Senior Estimator and assist in the assessment and pricing of commercial, industrial, and institutional flat roofing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor bidding opportunities and identify potential projects of interest.

- Assess the technical aspects of potential projects and prepare initial cost estimates.

- Create and submit bid proposals.

- Attend site meetings.

Essential Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator or equivalent schooling in Architectural design

- Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems and materials

Other Details:

- Competitive Salary: to be negotiated based on experience of candidates.

- Full Benefits: offered after 3 months of employment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
