About Peak Health VIP

Peak Health VIP, formerly Arthritis VIP, is a multi-award-winning private medical clinic recognized nationally and internationally.

We specialize in regenerative and functional medicine, providing advanced, non-surgical treatments that help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, optimize hormone health, improve gut health, and regain their quality of life.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator who is interested in stable, long-term employment.

You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients and will help deliver a warm, professional, and organized VIP experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
  • Manage appointment confirmations and the clinic calendar.
  • Assist with intake forms and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support practitioners and patient coordinators.
  • Maintain a polished and organized reception area.
  • Follow clinic SOPs, scripts, and checklists consistently.
  • Participate in training and apply feedback promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of reception or administrative experience in a medical clinic, dental office, cosmetic clinic, or medical spa.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Warm, energetic, and professional demeanour.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to follow systems and complete tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
  • Available for the full schedule and seeking a long-term position.

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking temporary employment or planning to return to full-time schooling in the near future.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $20–$24 per hour.
  • Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional evenings or Saturdays
