Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with check-in and preparation for their escape room experience.
  • Provide clear instructions on game rules, safety guidelines, and story backgrounds to players.
  • Monitor games to ensure smooth operation and provide hints when requested.
  • Reset rooms to their original state promptly and accurately after each session.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including game rooms and common areas.
  • Handle inquiries, and customer concerns in a professional manner, both in-person and via phone or email.
  • Support promotional events and other activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
  • A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
