We are currently seeking an energetic, hard-working Construction Labourer to help us build grain systems on construction sites through rural Ontario. This hands-on position is part of a small crew based out of Winchester Ontario.

This is a vacant position and is full-time permanent working approximately 50 hours per week on a straight day shift, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regular travel around rural Ontario with your construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
  • Follow instruction as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
  • Assemble and install grain bin systems which includes concrete work, forming, pouring, finishing, rebar.
  • Build and Bolt together Bin seams and Bin Sheets
  • Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
  • Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
