Full job description

Responsible for preparing and cutting cook and fresh meat products, maintain inventory, and ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.

  • Cut, trim, wrap, prepare and sell BBQ and fresh meat products according to customers specification
  • Clean and prepare ingredients for cooking
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that stock is rotated and stored properly
  • Clean, sanitize and maintain work area and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Follow all safety and health guidelines and procedures
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
  • Able to speak Tagalog, Chinese, or Vietnamese is an asset but NOT required.
