Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to our standards, ensuring efficiency and consistency in every plate served.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including equipment and utensils
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to meet guest expectations
  • Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a passion for cooking
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, meal assembly, and kitchen safety protocols is beneficial
  • Experience in the food industry, including serving or food handling roles, will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment is highly desirable
