Job Overview

In this vital role, you’ll assist in preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning to support the kitchen’s cooking process
  • Assist in cooking and assembling menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently completing meal preparation tasks
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, equipment use, and sanitation practices

Skills
