Full job description

Overview

Join our team as a Millwright or Millwright Apprentice, helping maintain and improve industrial equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll build skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting, supported by paid training and mentorship.

Duties

  • Install, align, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems
  • Read schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
  • Use tools such as welders, grinders, and mechanical hand tools
  • Work with electrical technicians on PLCs and low‑voltage controls
  • Assist with HVAC, boilers, and building systems to support safe operations

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
  • Understanding of PLCs and automation troubleshooting
  • Experience with CMMS software (an asset)
  • Welding and boiler system knowledge (an asset)
  • Basic HVAC and low‑voltage electrical skills
  • Good problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑service mindset

Pay: $24.00-$45.00 per hour
