Full job description

Scope:

As the front line of contact within our technical team, you will be responsible for fielding calls from customers. You will take ownership of customer issues and provide resolutions by utilizing resources available.

We are looking for someone who will be an ambitious and dedicated contributor to our team. If you are a keen problem solver who enjoys providing efficient and effective customer service, we want to hear from you!

This is a great entry-level opportunity for a bright, technically astute, and driven individual to play a key role in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries through phone & email.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, determining best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

· Escalate issues as necessary.

· Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

· Maintain knowledge of products and services.

· Collaborate with technical team to identify issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education
  • Experience in customer service, technical support or a help desk role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, electronic & mechanics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High regard for professionalism, confidentiality and ethical conduct

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Detail oriented

· Self-driven and able to quickly adapt to feedback

· Strategic and analytical thinker

· Proven time management and organizational skills

· Ability to work with a high level of detail with speed and accuracy

· Ability to deliver and respect deadlines

Salary Target Range: 45,000 to 50,000 plus annual bonus
