Summary

This position is responsible for the safe operation of a truck to deliver products to customers throughout Ontario, Quebec, and Maritimes,

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct DVIR inspections, of the truck and trailer as assigned.
  • Operates semi-truck with one or two trailers according to company policies and federal laws.
  • Transports load over required route to proper destination, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of working hours, fuel consumption, mileage, and delivery receipts in compliance with federal and provincial regulations
  • Report to dispatch as requireed
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Coordinate assigned drop-offs, pickups, and road incidents or mechanical issues with dispatchers

Must have

Valid Class 1E/AZ Driver’s License

1 years of driving experience
