Full job description

We are a busy pediatric dental office dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and a positive experience for our young patients and their families. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organized Pediatric Dental Administrator to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can multitask, work well under pressure, take initiative, and provide excellent customer service while keeping the schedule running efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pediatric dental office
  • Has strong knowledge and experience using Tracker Dental Software
  • Is comfortable working in a very busy, fast-paced pediatric dental environment
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident speaking with parents and handling patient concerns professionally
  • Takes initiative and is proactive about keeping the schedule full
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Has knowledge of dental insurance and claims, including CDCP and HSO
  • Is reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Enjoys working with children and families
  • Is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, scheduling, billing, and administrative responsibilities
