Who We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced aestheticians and fresh graduates. What matters most to us is genuine passion for skin health, a strong work ethic, and the natural ability to connect with clients and guide them toward the right treatments - without it ever feeling like a sales pitch. If you're newer to the field, we provide structured hands-on training to bring you up to our clinical and service standards.

Requirements

  • Medical Aesthetics Diploma or Certificate (RPN/RN an asset)
  • Experience is an asset but not required — fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Prior exposure to HydraFacial MD, Fotona, ND:YAG laser, Morpheus8, Aerolase, or similar systems is a plus
  • A genuine interest in client education and building lasting client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn our protocols and standards

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform treatments including HydraFacial MD, chemical peels, and laser services (comprehensive training and orientation provided)
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans
  • Proactively educate clients on complementary services, treatment series, and home-care products
  • Contribute to a professional, welcoming environment that reflects our five-star brand
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold hygiene and safety protocols
