Chiropractic Tech Assistant – Spinal Decompression & Laser Therapy | Paid Training

About the Clinic

Back Clinics of Canada treats back and neck conditions without drugs or surgery. We're a nationally recognized, award-winning practice, and much of our caseload consists of patients who've already tried other routes without success. The technology we use is among the most advanced available in the field, and it's the reason we're able to help people other clinics couldn't.

The Opening

We're hiring a Chiropractic Assistant. This role suits either an experienced CA or someone fresh out of a program who believes in drugless patient care and wants to learn the clinical side properly.

You'll be trained on world-leading spinal decompression and laser therapy from scratch — zero prior experience with either is expected. You'll work directly alongside our Doctor and be involved in patient outcomes from day one.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Setting up and running our decompression equipment and laser therapy treatments, always with a focus on making patients feel comfortable and cared for
  • Walking patients through therapeutic stretches and exercise routines that support their recovery
  • Helping out at the front desk — incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and patient questions
  • Keeping treatment spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Light daily housekeeping

Clear communicators. Strong English is non-negotiable — you'll be talking with patients and teammates all day long.

People who don't freeze up. Questions, scheduling snags, and the occasional curveball are part of any clinic. We want someone who works through them calmly.
