Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations
  • Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of products or services to encourage sales
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product updates, and company policies to effectively inform customers
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or electronic payments securely
  • Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support store or branch operations

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others and solve problems
  • Effective communication skills to clearly convey product information and listen actively to customer needs
