We're looking for a creative, passionate and experienced Sous Chef looking to become a Culinary Leader at IRENE - our marquee Waterfront destination.

The Opportunity:
Lead the culinary team along with the Head Chef to grow and manage a successful kitchen with strong leadership, creativity and excellent communication skills. We strive to hire and develop a great team that gives guests a an unparalleled experience every time!
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of hands on culinary experience in a premium high-volume restaurant
- At least 1 year of culinary management experience
- A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Studies is a definite asset
- Track record of strong leadership in supervising and coaching staff
- Proficient at communicating clearly with managers, kitchen staff and dining staff
- Food Handler Certificate
- First Aid Certificate is preferred
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
