Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator/Designer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and designing parts using advanced CNC machinery. Your expertise will help ensure precision, quality, and efficiency in our production processes. . You will work closely with engineering and production teams to bring designs to life with accuracy and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
  • Program CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CNC programming techniques to create precise machining instructions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication of parts.
  • Set up and calibrate machinery using hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues related to Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, utilizing tools like calipers and basic math skills to verify dimensions.
  • Assist with assembly, welding, packaging, and warehouse tasks as needed to support overall production flow.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or press brake machines in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and software, including SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for machining processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of manufacturing principles, machining techniques, and quality control standards.
  • Experience with welding, assembly work, warehouse operations, forklift operation (preferred), and packaging is a plus.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
