Full job description

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced senior Auto Body Repair Technician / Painter to perform high-quality repairs, refinishing, & restorations on our valued clients vehicles. You will be responsible for the entire paint process‘ — from prep to finish, dent repair, panel blending, rust repair, & final polish.

This role is ONLY suited for a technician who:

  • Has years of hands-on experience
  • Works clean, organized, & efficiently
  • Understands colour matching & blending
  • Takes ownership, accountability, & is proud of their work
  • Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding brand

Duties

  • Perform vehicle body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, & frame straightening
  • Use hand tools, power tools, & heavy lifting equipment to execute repairs accurately
  • Assess damage & develop repair plans in accordance with dealership standards & safety protocols
  • Sand, prime, paint, & refinish vehicle surfaces to match original specifications
  • Maintain a clean & organized work environment to promote safety, professionalism, & efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within scheduled timeframes
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before returning vehicles to customers

Experience

  • Dealership experience or prior automotive collision repair background is preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle structures & systems is advantageous
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, & heavy lifting techniques required
  • Experience with automotive repair processes including sanding, painting, & refinishing is desirable
  • Mechanic experience or background in automotive maintenance will be considered a plus
